Cancellation Policy
Just Perfect Paws Grooming Service endeavour to
provide a quality assured grooming service for
our valued
customers.
When an
appointment is made that allotted time is
tailored to your specific needs, we prepare in
advance for your appointment and will afford
you every courtesy in the scheduled time we
provide our services to
you.
Bookings will not
be accepted without a valid current contact
number.
We operate a strict
appointment policy; we will not book more than
one dog for a grooming appointment at any one
time unless two or more dogs come from the same
home.
Customers can
help us keep a stress free environment for your
pets, by being available once the service has
been completed, for the return of their
pet.
The 24hr notice
Being ready for
appointments and giving us at least 24 hours
notice prior to appointment cancellations
will enable us to organize our daily
business more effectively. Our ultimate
objective is providing you with a superior
quality assured service day in, day
out.
A missed appointment will be
paid for on next appointment or by cheque,
unless 24 hours notice is given. For more than
one dog the payments can be split.
Regards
to not meeting the payments, we regret
that no further appointments will be
issued to any customer failing to notify
us at least 24 hours prior to any
appointment cancellation.
Appointment
bookings are given on the pretext that you will
be available for the appointment and for the
returning of your pet. A charge of ₤6.00 will
be applied if you are not available for the
return of your pet after the first hour and
₤8.00 per hour there after.
By accepting
your appointment you are agreeing to adhere to
all terms and conditions laid out in this
Appointment Cancellation Policy.
